Hey Red,

My first question is are you doing these surgeries for you? Or to perhaps attract a lady?  I know as we age, so do our bodies and it makes us feel less attractive.

Idk, I think we all are individuals and must make descisions about our bodies. Would I love perky boobs, um hell yes lol do I want someone cutting on me to make that happen, not really.

So back to my initial question. I hope you are doing it for you and no one else. Because in my view, if someone is hung up on what they see on the exterior you without getting to know interior you, I do not think they will know your worth.

Good luck to you Sweetie.

Hey @scared-red! What did you decide to do? I have to admit I think about getting things..."put back", from time to time.

I'm with Jade in that I hope you're doing it for you, and not for someone you haven't met yet.

If I were on the hunt for a girlfriend, I would probably invest more in classes or travel - something that would allow me to meet more people and learn more about the world and the people in it.

I'd maybe spend a little more time in the gym to, you know, improve stamina and whatnot.

In the end, though, what matters is what makes you happy with you. .

Here’s my two cents...if someone is ‘grossed out’ by the way you look (any part of your body) than they’re probably not worth having in your life. Those who matter, won’t care.

Regarding the labiaplasty....everyone is different ‘down there’, there really shouldn’t be a right or wrong way to look. In most cases women like women for their mind and their heart first and foremost. The other stuff is far less significant. I’ve seen my fair share of porn, and I’ve seen all sorts of different looks, none of which I thought was ‘gross’. Some of those women (who have positively ‘perfect’ bodies), have large labias, and they absolutely rock it.

If you’re getting surgery done because of physical discomfort, than I’d say go for it, but if it’s because you think someone might think it’s ‘gross’, please don’t. You are beautiful, and your body is beautiful, (yes your face/neck and eyes as well), don’t change it for someone else. Like I said, anyone worth having in your life, will accept you just the way you are.

Personally, I much prefer a natural look on a woman, no matter what that look is...

I agree with Cute&Curious.

Please rethink this. If it's done for health reasons then go for it but not if it's just for the looks. Beauty comes from within. There's certain risks that come from Surgery. Sometimes it doesn't turn out the way people want.

I'm an ugly old bugger. I'm blind in one eye. (Born with a cataract in the back of the eye) nothing that can be done. It probably puts people off but i have to accept it. If someone likes me hopefully they will accept me as i am. I'm 55 in March so age is taking it's toll. My muscles are loosing colligen and saging, my belly is getting bigger.

As for the labiaplasty, what happens if it doesn't work out to what you expect? Every woman is different and unique. Every labia is beautiful just as they are. But do what you need to do making sure you check all the options. Best of Luck.
