French toast. I even like to bake my own bread for it.

I LOVE breakfast food; can eat it any time of the day. My favorites would have to be a nice, fluffy belgian waffle, thick slightly crunchy bacon and scrambled eggs with cheese and grilled onions. YUMMY!

This begins and ends with bacon. If it was possible, I would have bacon for every meal. Unfortunately, we currently only regularly eat turkey bacon, but for special occasions we will break out the real stuff.

Interesting!! I've never had it with zucchini. Is it shredded, chopped? Tell me more, please! :) I grew up on the border of Mexico in Texas so I love my tacos, but burritos are pretty delicious. And yum to plantains and eggs. That's a favorite here too. :)

Just chop up the zucchini and red pepper and sauté them in oil or butter or what ever grease you like. get them brown a little then add it in. ;)

how do you cook your plantains? still learning.
